Contact primer G-1, based on acrylic and styrene-butadiene copolymers, hereinafter referred to as G-1, is designed to protect building surfaces and elements on various substrates — cement-lime and cement plasters, concrete, gypsum and gypsum-board panels — from salt migration. G-1 forms a barrier against salt migration and, due to deep penetration, protects building facades from harmful atmospheric effects.
When applied on surfaces intended for painting, G-1 can reduce paint consumption by up to 30%.
Suitable for both interior and exterior use.
Application:
G-1 is applied to surfaces cleaned from dirt, grease, resin, paint, etc.
Dosage / Application Conditions:
- Surface temperature during application: +10 °C to +30 °C
- Consumption: 0.3 L/m²
- Drying time: 6–10 hours
The optimal dosage should be determined in the laboratory for each specific technological case. For mechanical application, it can be applied together with water through a water dispenser. Pre-mixing with water does not reduce the quality of the primer.
Recommendations:
The dosing container must be clean and have an accurately fixed dosing volume.
Safety instructions:
Use appropriate protective equipment when applying G-1. Rinse off any splashes on the skin with water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention if necessary.
