Hydrophobic admixture that does not block cement hydration.
Provides concrete water impermeability (up to W12 in combination with K-5 and K-17). Together with controlled air entrainment, it is used in stiff mixes and allows concreting under water at limited flow velocity.

Purpose:
Used in ready-mix, precast, road, and hydraulic concretes, industrial floors, complex mortars, gypsum systems, paving blocks, and vibropressed products.

Application:
Add to the concrete (mortar) mix as a component together with mixing water. Stir before use. The amount of admixture is calculated according to the dosage (see below). Further concreting or mortar use is carried out in the standard technological process.

Dosage:
The admixture should be dosed for cement systems, concretes, and mortars in the form of a ready-to-use aqueous concentrate, supplied in its original container.

Consumption is set from 1.5 L per 100 kg of cement.
The optimal dosage is determined in the laboratory for each specific case. The most effective method is adding the admixture to the mix together with mixing water, including through the water dispenser. Pre-dilution with water does not impair the performance of the admixture, but requires recalculation of the consumption relative to the concentrate.

Recommendations:

Complex plasticizer additive with a retardation effect at ambient temperatures up to +25 °C and an accelerating effect in cold conditions.

Purpose:
Used for preparing cement mixes, ready-mix, precast concretes, and reinforced concretes.

Usage:
Add to the concrete or mortar mix together with mixing water. Stir thoroughly before use. The amount of additive is calculated according to the dosage (see below). Subsequent concreting or use of mortars is carried out following standard technological procedures.

Plasticizer and Accelerator with Antifreeze Effect
Acts as a hardening accelerator and setting intensifier, reducing curing time. Provides up to 20% strength gain at 1 day and up to 12% at 28 days.

Purpose:
Used as a plasticizer with antifreeze effect for concreting under direct freezing down to -7 °C, and with preheated aggregates down to -10 °C, with mandatory subsequent curing (the “thermos” method).

Application:
Add to the concrete (mortar) mix as a component together with mixing water. Stir before use. The amount of admixture is calculated according to the dosage. Further concreting or mortar application is carried out using standard technological procedures.

Dosage:
The admixture should be dosed for cement systems, concretes, and mortars in the form of a ready-to-use aqueous concentrate supplied in its original container, in the following amounts:

  • For direct freezing (down to -5 °C): from 3% of binder mass.
  • Under normal concreting conditions: from 1% of binder mass, together with mixing water through the water dispenser. Pre-mixing with water does not impair the quality of the admixture but requires adjustment of the consumption after dilution.

For mechanical dosing, it is best to add together with the mixing water through the water dispenser. Pre-dilution with water does not reduce admixture performance but requires recalculating consumption relative to the concentrate.

Complex additive for the production of precast reinforced concrete, lightweight concrete, and cement mortars. It accelerates hardening kinetics and provides cement and energy savings during product heating and even without heating.

Purpose:
Used to increase the workability of concrete mixes and to improve early and standard strength — up to 20% at 1 day and up to 12% at 28 days.

Purpose:
Used for the production of ready-mix, precast concrete and reinforced concrete, industrial floors, road concrete (including highways), hydraulic concrete, and hydraulic structures.

Application:
Introduce into the concrete (or mortar) mix as a component together with mixing water. Stir before use. The dosage amount is calculated according to the recommendations below. Concreting or use of mortar is then carried out in the usual technological manner.

Dosage:
The admixture should be dosed for cement systems, concrete, and mortar in the form of a ready-to-use aqueous concentrate, as supplied, in the following quantities:

  • For standard concrete: from 0.8% by weight of binder
  • For road concrete: from 1% by weight of binder
  • For hydraulic concrete: from 1.5% by weight of binder
  • For achieving a dry concrete surface: from 2% by weight of binder
  • For chemical-resistant concrete: from 3% by weight of binder
  • For self-compacting concrete: from 1.5% by weight of binder

Polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer for concrete pumping, production of SUB and SCC concretes, concreting of densely reinforced and complex-shaped structures, high-strength and ultra-high-strength concretes, and industrial floors.

Purpose:
Used for the preparation of cement-based concrete and mortar mixes. It improves flowability, controls the retention of plasticity, and increases both early and ultimate strength of concrete.

Application:
Used as a superplasticizer for the production of self-compacting concrete (SCC/SUB effect). Suitable for concreting at temperatures up to +30 °C with subsequent proper curing.

Dosage:
The admixture should be dosed as a ready-to-use aqueous concentrate in the amount indicated below:

  • For flowing concretes: from 1% by weight of binder
  • For self-compacting concretes: from 2.5% by weight of binder
  • For ultra-high-strength concretes: from 3% by weight of binder
  • For architectural concretes: from 3% by weight of binder
