Plasticizing and accelerating admixture for the production of reinforced concrete elements using the extrusion method.
Purpose:
Used for the production of reinforced concrete elements by the slipform extrusion method. Provides the optimal consistency of the concrete mix for stable extruder operation, accelerates the hardening process, increases early and final strength, improves the surface quality of finished products, and ensures their geometric stability. Contributes to cement and energy savings.
Application:
The admixture is introduced into the concrete mix as a component together with the mixing water. Mix thoroughly before use.
Dosage:
The admixture should be dosed as a ready-to-use water-based concentrate supplied in the manufacturer’s packaging, in the amount of:
• from 0.6 L per 100 kg of cement, depending on the required plasticity and setting speed.
The optimal dosage should be determined in the laboratory for each specific technological case.
For mechanical dosing, it is recommended to feed the admixture together with the mixing water through a water dispenser. Pre-mixing with water does not affect the quality of the admixture.
Recommendations:
The dosing container must be clean and have a precisely fixed dosing volume.
Safety instructions:
Avoid contact of the admixture with the mouth and food products. In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with water.
